Qigong


Gabriela has spent many years studying with top Qigong teachers in China, Europe, and the United States.

What is Qigong?

Qigong is a Traditional Chinese Medicine practice that blends movement, meditation and breathing to correct and maintain the flow of qi (energy or life force) through our bodies.  According to ancient Chinese principles, qi must flow throughout our body for us to be healthy.  Health problems occur when qi becomes blocked or stagnant.  

Qigong is also an effective method for self-cultivation, removing self-imposed limitations and developing personal potential. Qigong practitioners actively use consciousness to mobilise qi in order to transform their body, mind, and qi.

There are many schools of Qigong throughout the world.  Gabriela has spent many years studying and practicing with Zhineng Qigong teachers.  She continues to study with Master Wei Qifeng, founder of Mingjue, also known as Qi Science, which focuses on consciousness development.  Gabriela incorporates Qigong principles within all aspects of her healing work.  She also teaches Qigong to enable students to develop their own personal practice.
